If you or your spouse's company has a "matching gift" program, please ask your human resources officer for appropriate forms and guidelines. You can double or even triple your support to St. Luke's by taking a few minutes and filling out a form to benefit our school. We thank all that have recommended St. Luke's for grants and matching gift contributions. We truly appreciate it!

PLANNED GIVING OPTIONS

1. Bequests
   The most common planned gift and simplest way to remember your elementary alma mater in your estate plan is by leaving a gift in your will.
   
   The St. Luke's 1910 Society named after the year St. Luke's was founded, recognizes alumni and friends who have provided for St. Luke's future through intended bequests.


2. Charitable Gift Annuities
   A charitable gift annuity allows you to receive fixed payments for the rest of your life while simultaneously making a gift to your school.


3. Life Insurance
   You can either name your school as a beneficiary of a policy or transfer ownership of a whole life policy to your alma mater.


4. Retirement Assets
   The simplest way to leave the balance of a retirement account to your school after your lifetime is to list your alma mater as the beneficiary on the beneficiary form provided by your plan administrator.
